ALEMAIS offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and designer labels remain attached.

  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
